The Indian govt very well knows that the current Pakistan govt is itself a victim of terror and has nothing to do with terrorist and hence the Indian govt is pressuring Pakistan govt only to act swiftly and punish the culprits
The general public is divided on whom to blame - the Govt of India or whole Pakistan or elements in Pakistan.....But it isnt thristy for blood or war..but its thristy to live and live in peace and hence is looking for alternative solutions to achieve those

The current Pakistan govt is facing its biggest problem and if it doesnt do much ......problems will enlarge
which includes Economy,National Defence and Motivation for general public
If it acts proactively then it might face an upsurge of violence from NWFP and 'Azad Kashmir'
So What is the middle way out-
If Pakistan is able to neutralise Indian fugitives like Dawood and handover him to India....This will greatly cool tensions
Handing over Dawood who is a criminal and an Indian national is a burden on Pakistan and unlike jehadi forces he cant survive in isolation and hence can be easily transferred without Pakistan Govt facing much domestic problems..
After all which dignified Pakistani would defend a person who is a Mass murderer, a womanizer, a alchoholic and druggist ....... !

Well there are very certain evidence apart from what is mentioned
Abdul Kasab the one terrorist who has been captured alive has spilt out all the beans...but people in Pak may say that ...'he is tortured and hence may say so'
Arms and ammunitions of Pak and Chinese origin have been found ...
But the most clinching evedence which has to be trusted is the telephonic conversation and GPS map routes .... which are technical evidence traced by chips and computers through Satellite communication...
If even these are not trusted
Very soon the reports of USA,UK ,ISREAL and Australia will be out....for public to judge
these may be non-sate actor as stated by zardari,but presence of indian muslim organization is not being probed.semi may be involved.see,if pakistan has carried out this attack,why it would be interested to display its involvement to rest of the world.these sort of attack are covertly planned and launched
it means indian affluent lobby is on the move to insinuate pakistan,this will not address problem nor stamp out terrorism in india, that could precipitate further.india seemed vulnerable,such big loopholes in indian security apparatus must be questioned as well.USA government would never go for accusing pakistan formally,we have told NATO AND USA,that pakistan will wind up war against terrorism,it would not be our priority any more.can you please put up the impact on indian economy aftermath of bombay mayhem
